Mayo Clinic utilized our CompassPlus™ dual-scale gap analysis survey tool to solicit feedback from peers and supervisors rating co-worker needs for additional professional development. Dual-scale refers to the fact that the survey compares current performance to expected performance with the difference being the “gap”. A gap of 0 indicates the rater thinks the subject is meeting expectations for the behavior. The larger the gap, the greater the need for improvement. This information is critical when planning staff advancements to higher levels of management.
The Mayo Clinic, founded in 1864, is a world-class provider of medical services located in Rochester, Minnesota and has over 63.000 employees.
